Hello everyone!
This is a picture that I have done on my end of an art trade with deviant Artoveli ([link]). Both of us agreed to do something based off of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Ah, what one can do in...say...5 hours! Yeah, I know. With a total lack of shading (purposely, I think the lack of shading makes it look better for this pic, actually), it should have taken me much less time, but because I had to think it all from scratch, and I was too lazy to do any sort of sketch, this is the result. Im really happy with it, though! I think it looks awesome! Adobe Photoshop 7.0: pen tool (lineart), brush tool (coloring and effects), blur effect for the background outside. Approx. 5 hours of work, one sitting (lots of patience). Music is a must when working for so long! ^_^ So, full view and tell me what you think! Hope you like it! |

I think 5 hours is a long time, actually. Something like this can be done in 3 if I had an idea what I was doing, but to be doing it from the bottom up is something difficult.
