Hey everybody!
This is the idea I am using for my AP Portfolio concentration. The idea is, using my character Jackal, I will create 12 pieces (of which this is the first) that are inspired by those old Illuminated Manuscripts found in old bibles and stuff, telling basically his adventure. It's a pretty tough thing to do, since I have to do 12 of them in all. Adobe Illustrator CS, about 10-15 hours, I'm VERY proud of this one. Please FULL VIEW or you'll miss out! Enjoy! Daily DeviationGiven 2007-03-28Jackal and Chamodra by ~Freakshow6 definitely has to be one of the most ambitious & well-done Vector pieces I've ever seen. The creative characters & story behind it all, the wicked style, that cool, "twilight-ish" color scheme, the great amount of detail, even the nice little angle/perspective used here... it just feels like something out of an amazing fantasy story and I definitely can't wait to see the other pieces that accompany this baby. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
