Representing day # 16 of Villain Month, I give you The Gromble, made famous in the fantastic 90s Nicktoon, AAAH! Real Monsters!
While The Gromble may not technically be considered a villain, he does make the lives of Oblina, Ickus, and Krum (mind any spelling errors there) quite miserable. Your Grombleness is the headmaster of a scaring school for young monsters. He rules with an iron fist and sexy heels all at the same time.
In my opinion, The Gromble is one of the best characters ever to be seen in a cartoon. He's so memorably and strangely designed, well-written and consistent in character, and probably one of the most well-voiced characters, too. If you don't like The Gromble or the show he comes from, in fact, I feel really bad for you.
I hope you guys like it and that it brings back memories of a time when cartoons were actually funny! Let me know what you think, and I'll see you tomorrow with another icky villain to add to the list.
Adobe Photoshop CS, about 30 minutes total.
The Gromble is (c) Nickelodeon, this image is (c) me, Andrew Green.

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
